Morrison accuses Russia of 'Thuggery' and bullying

Strange that Scott Morrison accuses Putin of being a bully and a thug when successive Australian Governments have eagerly joined in bullying and thuggery all over the world – including Afghanistan, Iraq, korea and Vietnam! If our Prime Minister wants to really put the frighteners on the Russian President, he should think about sending Tony Abbott to ‘shirtfront’ him! Even better, perhaps  send our ex Prime Minister to join the military fight against Russian troops. The strident tones used by the prime minister are particularly offensive to Australians who have been subjected to violence and thuggery from police at widespread peaceful protests over lockdowns and mandated covid vaccinations.

Russia responds to US prodding

T he hysteria surrounding Russia’s action in Ukraine is hard to understand , given the western world’s support for the US inva s ions of Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and then Afghanistan. Russian military convoys have entered Ukraine’s Donbas region, w h ich Russia recognises as an independent state with a majority ethnic Russian population.

Better training for politicians

A key requirement for any aspiring politician should be training in hazard management. An abilty to analyse risks should be an essential political tool. Instead, politicians, with the connivance of key health bureaucrats, academics and mainstream media outlets have gone out of their way to generate mass hysteria or psychogenic illness in response to the Covid 19 virus. The damage created by the implementation of planned responses far outweighs damage caused by the virus.

What the Freedom protests are all about

For all the people who don't understand what the freedom protests in Canberra and around the world are about. It's not just a bunch of anti-vaxxers, This is a full explanation written by Gary Mathews  Here's why... + It’s for the family members banned from visiting loved ones in nursing homes. + It's for the people who couldn't attend funerals and bury their loved ones. + It’s for censorship on all social media platforms. + It’s for all the people too afraid to speak up in fear of being called conspiracy theorists. + It’s for the people who willingly got the J because they were told it would end the lockdowns. + It’s for the people who willingly got the J so they could open their business again, only to be told they can’t. + It's for all the people who can no longer buy homes because of housing unaffordability and unavailability. + It’s for the people who didn’t want to get J but were coerced to. + It’s for the people who don’t want to give ...

Media starting to report protests

Image
At last Australia’s mainstream media has started to report on the extreme unrest in the community about the way State and Federal politicians and bureaucrats have trampled on the rights of the people. It’s understandable that the Government owned ABC follows the Government line and spews out propaganda but commercial papers and news outlets have allowed hefty advertising budgets to influence their coverage of one of the biggest-ever news stories. They have colluded to supress news coverage. The March on Canberra may be the start of a revolution which has been almost totally ignored by news media. Todays photograph published by News.com demonstrates the scale of the protest aimed at Parliament Not all politicians have understood the message yet. “ Some of these protesters actually want to undermine and overturn democracy,” said Senator Kristina Keneally. What is more likely is that they are trying to restore democracy to this country.

Why bother to vote?

Voting in elections this year will be a serious business (if there is any point voting at all!) The Federal Government is a waste of time and taxpayers' money. With the exception of defence, all necessary functions are conducted by the States, so we have a sham Federation. Much better to face reality and co-ordinate all government actions by the Council of Australian Governments (COAG). We don’t need the extravagance of a multiplicity of politicians and bureaucrats. Chaos over the past couple of years has shown that the system does not work. Ideas are trampled by political humbug and party agendas. Labor has demonstrated in Victoria that it can’t be trusted. The picture is just as dismal in Canberra where the Coalition has run amok. If anyone feels that they must vote for a party, it’s best to ignore Labor, Liberals, Nationals, Greens and Democrats. That leaves a limited field, because in Victoria few independent politicians  acted in the interests of the community  o...

End of personal freedoms in Australia

A shift towards a more authoritarian form of governance is becoming apparent to a broader section of the populace, as identified by Sydney-based social justice journalist  PaulGregorie, writing for Sydney Criminal Lawyers. He says “ No longer are people blindly turning their heads away with carefree statements, such as, “I’ve got nothing to hide,” as they’ve become aware that surveillance laws have made such inroads into their private lives that they literally have nothing left to secret away. The transformation of Australia into what many regard as a draconian society, has been facilitated by the bipartisan passing of over 90 pieces of national security/counterterrorism legislation since the 2001 9/11 attacks in New York. Despite the stated target of these laws being terrorists – specifically those of the Islamic variety – local civil liberties advocates have long been warning that these laws are incrementally eroding the rights of all citizens and residents. And the practi...
