US acknowledges COVID19 is a manufactured virus

Claims by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, that COVID19 originated in a laboratory in Wuhan, China are nothing new. More than three months ago, a top US legal expert, Dr. Francis Boyle, who drafted the Biological Weapons Act has acknowledged that the 2019 Wuhan Novel Coronavirus is an offensive Biological Warfare Weapon. Dr.Boyle is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. He drafted the U.S. domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush. Dr. Boyle said the virus escaped from a secure laboratory in Wuhan, He believes the virus is potentially lethal and an offensive biological warfare weapon , which is why the Chinese government originally tried to cover it up and has taken drastic measures to contain it. The Wuhan BSL-4 lab is a specially designated World Health Organization research lab. Some of the early development work on the modified virus was conducted at at the US biological weapons facility in Maryland. Chinese Biowarfare agents working at the Canadian lab in Winnipeg were involved in taking the Coronavirus to Wuhan’s lab from where it is believed to have leaked. Dr. Boyle’s claims are in stark contrast to the mainstream views that the virus originated from the seafood market. The Wuhan National Biosafety Level 4 lab is the only laboratory in China which meets the required biosafety standards needed to study the new disease. The lab is in the centre of Wuhan, within the Chinese Academy of Sciences and was specifically designed to help Chinese scientists prepare for future infectious disease outbreaks. according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Bass Coast Councillors should be personally liable for their mistaken decision

  Bass Coast Shire councillors should be held personally liable for any costs resulting from their decision to reject an application by Heidelberg Materials to widen Stanley Road, Grantville, It seem likely that ratepayers will face a huge bill to defend Councillors’ decision at VCAT. The road widening has long been a requirement of the planning permit previously issued by the Shire and was approved by Shire planning staff as well as DEECA. Rather than make ratepayers foot the bill, councillors who refused the planning application should be personally liable. All councillors other than Jan Thompson, who had the sense to vote for the application should pay every cent.
